  • Kate and family- Melbourne

We had the most amazing and memorable trip with Richi and Di as our guides for a 14 day family holiday. Richi and Di made sure that every day was packed with fascinating activities, including natural dyeing, silversmithing, visiting palaces and exploring the old markets (where they know how to find everything!) We heard so many stories from history and mythology and felt like we were travelling with old friends. Highly
    recommended

  • Lara- Sunshine Coast

Our boutique textile tour in India was nothing short of magical—a perfect fusion of culture and creativity, offering us an intimate look at India’s centuries-old textile traditions, guided by our passionate local guide Richi and Di. The journey took us across vibrant regions—each with its own textile story to tell. We wandered through sun-drenched villages where natural dyeing,
block printing and weaving were passed down through generations.
Watching expert artisans hand-carve wooden blocks or meticulously knot fabric was mesmerizing. We even got to try our hand at block printing
and dyeing our own scarves—an unexpectedly joyful, color-streaked memory.
Accommodations in stunning heritage havelis were amazing! We dined on delicious meals on rooftops and in cafes, and benefited from the intimate and local knowledge of our tour guides for all the best eating spots. Exploring local bazaars with a new appreciation for the textiles we’d learned about, it was easy to return home with not only suitcases full of fabric but hearts full of stories to tell.

  • Deborah M - NZ

My sisters and I had an amazing time in India and had the added pleasure of being shown around by Richi and Di. We visited places that if we had been on our own would never have had the privilege of seeing. They also took exceptionally good care of us with delicious lassies, home cooked kichiri and just a kind word. I would highly recommend Geeta tours, we loved all of the experiences we had.
